I ship all my orders via Royal Mail both in the UK and internationally as quickly as I can, always within 2 days. International buyers have the option of extra insurance and tracked items for a little more on the postage.
All my packaging can be recycled as it’s all paper-based.
Please be aware that all International buyers are responsible for any customs charges their items may incur when they arrive in their country.
If you’re worried about your items getting lost in the post, as it does happen all too often, then please go for a shipping upgrade with tracking provided. This will give peace of mind to International buyers especially.
Returns &
Exchanges
If anything reaches you damaged or not as described/pictured please drop me an email and I’ll either replace or refund. I retain all proof of posting even if it’s not tracked so if an item does get lost on the way to you I’ll do my best to try and find out what happened to it! Please quote your order number when making a postage enquiry.
Please be aware, return postage is at the buyer’s cost and refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned items.
